Hey buddy: Well as usual things go wrong for me again. Would you believe the house I live at is being sold again. I am probably going to have to move. I love it so much at the beach, but don't have a down payment for a house at the beach the property is very high. Another stress level, to add Oh well I will think of your strength and try to struggle on. love dad
